Bonal International Reports Profitable Fourth Quarter and Year-end Results for Fiscal Year 2022

Royal Oak, Mich., June 29, 2022 – Bonal International, Inc., (OTC: BONL) announced revenue results of $398,735 for the fourth quarter, ended March 31, 2022, up 34.3 percent over last year’s fourth quarter of $296,964.  Net income for the fourth quarter was $61,013, up from last year’s fourth quarter loss of $12,363.  Earnings per share for the fourth quarter were $0.03 per share, up from last year’s fourth quarter loss of $0.01 per share.

“The quarter was led by sales from our state-of-the-art industry-leading Series 2800 Meta-Lax stress relief system,” said Thomas E. Hebel, chairman.  “During the quarter, our 2800 system accounted for 57 percent of our sales by volume and 67 percent of sales by volume over the year, up from an already strong 53 percent last year.  Customers appreciate the effectiveness and ease-of-operation that the unique computer-controlled Series 2800 system gives them.  Also, with energy costs soaring at over 30 percent much of year and leading to record inflation, many companies considered Meta-Lax equipment as a timely inflation neutralizer because of its tremendous cost savings ability.”

Fiscal year-end revenue was $1,724,800, up 29.6 percent from last year’s fiscal year-end of $1,330,691.  Net income for the fiscal year 2022 was $186,207, up from last fiscal year-end $89,294 net income.  Earnings per share were $0.11 for fiscal year 2022 compared to $0.05 per share for fiscal year 2021.

Royal Oak, Mich., November 18, 2019 – Bonal International, Inc., (OTC: BONL) announced revenue results of $388,081 for the second quarter which ended September 30, 2019. This was a 4.9 percent decrease over the first quarter and down 12.7 percent from last year’s second quarter. Net income for the second quarter was $20,545, up from last quarter’s $2,942, but down from last year’s second quarter’s net income of $23,807. Earnings per share for the second quarter were $0.01 per share which was the same as last year’s second quarter earnings.
