Bonal International Reports Profitable First Quarter Results for Fiscal Year 2025

Royal Oak, Mich., August 15, 2024---Bonal International, Inc. announced a decline in revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. Revenue decreased 7.7 percent to $374,479 from $405,518, last year's first quarter. Despite the decline in revenue, first quarter net income increased to $8,311 compared to a net loss of $19,792 last year. Earnings per share was $0.00, compared to ($0.01) last year.

"This quarter completes the first full year under the direction of Bonal's new president and CEO, Torsten Warnatsch," said Thomas E. Hebel, Chairman. "Looking back over the year, Warnatsch implemented several important long-term policies to maximize future corporate growth. One of those new policies was the expansion of Bonal's sales representation. In the previous fiscal year, Warnatsch focused on domestic representation by signing four United States-based agents. During the quarter, Bonal's focus switched to international representation and Warnatsch signed our first international agent in England."
